You are booking the first of 2 Private appointments to determine exactly what's causing your problem - and how we can help correct it will be discussed at the 2nd appointment we call the Results visit

Charges will apply as follows:
100% cancellation fee applies if less than 48 hours notice given.
Cancellation fee rolls over to any rescheduled appointment that is subsequently cancelled regardless of when notice given.
